Question: Does the historic dance hall, courtyard, and deck come with the venue rental?
Answer: Yes, the historic dance hall, deck, and courtyard are yours for the entire day – 7am to 2am.

Question:  Can I bring my own alcohol:
Answer: No, the Alcohol Beverage Control prohibits outside alcohol.  The Hall is equipped with a full bar and staff to serve you and your guests drinks if you select an alcohol package.

Question:  What is required to reserve The Hall for a date/time.
Answer:  A 50% non-refundable deposit of the venue pricing and The Hall is all yours for any available date/time.

Question:  Does The Hall have any other charges or hidden fees in addition to the venue rental pricing of $1,999?
Answer:  No, the Hall will only charge you $1,999, which includes the 25% discount.  If you elect to upgrade with any alcohol packages or catering provided by The Hall, then these charges would be in addition to the $1,999.  Additional costs of wedding/special event insurance, catering, DJ/Band, photographer, wedding cake, and decorations will need to be coordinated and paid by you with a third party provider.  The Hall will not provide these services or charge you for them.

Question:  Is there a place for the Bride and Groom to get ready?
Answer:  The Hall offers a room exclusive for the Bride and her Bridesmaids to prepare for the big day. The bridal salon room comes with a full bathroom and complimentary bottle of champagne.  Prior to the Wedding, the Groomsmen will be allowed to relax in the historic dance hall and enjoy two complimentary beers for each Groomsman.  The gentlemen can relax at the long bar and watch a sports game as they wait for the big day.

Question:  Do you have an ice machine?
Answer:  Yes, and the ice machine will be available for all weddings and events

Question:  Can I bring my own food or contract with any caterer?  Yes
Answer:  Yes, but we do recommend The Hall as the caterer for your event.  The Hall has an onsite commercial kitchen ready to serve you and your guests.  If you do not desire The Hall’s catering menu, then The Hall can put together any special menu requests you may want. If you do not elect to utilize The Hall’s catering services, then we recommend Raymond’s Italian Catering and Food Products (530-859-0375). You are welcome to utilize any other 3rd party caterer’s as well. Due to liabilities, wear and tear, and utility costs there is a $400 outside catering service charge.  There is no $400 third party catering service charge when you utilize The Hall’s catering service.

Question:  Is there a kitchen I can use
Answer:  Yes, if you utilize The Hall’s catering services you can also utilize The Hall’s commercial kitchen for any special requests.  If you pay the $400 third-party catering fee you and your third-party caterer will have the entire use of the onsite commercial kitchen.

Question:  What hour’s do I have access and utilization of The Hall.
Answer:  7am to 2am the day of the event The Hall is all yours.

Question: What is maximum capacity of facility?
Answer:  With tables and chairs for a dining experience the maximum occupancy is 205 people and can accommodate more depending if you have only chairs, no tables, or standing space only.  Call and/or email for maximum occupancy for various setup scenarios.
